Meeting Minutes

  1. Reviewed Financial/Budget:
    1. Budget Comparison Report – January through Nov. 1 needs to be ready for annual meeting
    2. Attorney Fees year to date and total last year for annual meeting
    3. 2017 – $32,608.76 2018 – $7,821.09 Reduction: $24,787.67• Aging Report – Review
    4. * Two accounts currently up to date with payments to attorney
  2. Annual Meeting:
    1. Set agenda
    2. Prepare Sign in Sheets – Jim will run off
  3. Voted to repair/replace the automatic gate at the park entrance pending final cost estimates are not yet available. Jim has contacted fencing companies to obtain estimate. The electric line will need to be restored, as it is currently not receiving electrical current.
  4. Discussed and approved a new Landscaping Contract. $2500 a month guaranteed for three years.
  5. Discussed possibility of towing cars that are illegally parked. We will check with the attorney on steps that would be necessary.
  6. Approved expenditure to restore water to irrigation and repair leak by cabana. $710.00
  7. Approved expenditure to replace photocell for the lights at the entrance. $101.13
