Meeting Agenda

1.      FINANCIALS:

  • Current Bank Balances:
    Operating Account: $ 29,803.19
    Savings Account: $58,647.42
    Contingency Account: $22,778.99
    TOTAL FUNDS: $111,228.99
    Unpaid dues – $3,077.13
    Payment Plans – 2 Payment Plans
    Lien Placement – 3 pendingLien Placement: October 24 an additional lien will be placed on one property. This property was on a payment plan and has not made a payment since March, 2021.
  • Reviewed Year To Date Budget

2.    BOARD MATTERS:

  • Resignation Effective: May 16, 2022, Janice Stempson is resigning from the HOA Board.  She is relocating to another state.
  • Items to be completed prior to May 16, 2022:
    • Changes at Bank
    • Cancellation of Debit Card Authorization
    • Selection/Recruitment of New Board Members
    • Selection of President
    • Change SunBiz Information
    • Notify Attorney of new board positions
    • Turn over all paper and electronic files

3.    OTHER ITEMS/PROJECTS:

  • Private Room Rentals are not legal as this division is classified as single family dwellings. Code Enforcement will need to be contacted.
  • The Sheriff has been notified of possible illegal activity at one residence within the community.
  • Discussion was held regarding fencing in the basketball court and requiring key entry aligned with the pool and tennis court keys. Quotes are being obtained.

Grass and weeds (lotmow@osceola.org)
Parking of RV’s, boats, trucks and trailers
Accumulation of garbage, trash and debris
Abandoned property (including vehicles, furniture, machinery, etc.)
