1. FINANCIALS:

Payment Plans – 2 Payment Plans
Lien Placement – 3 pendingLien Placement: October 24 an additional lien will be placed on one property. This property was on a payment plan and has not made a payment since March, 2021. - Reviewed Year To Date Budget
2. BOARD MATTERS:
- Resignation Effective: May 16, 2022, Janice Stempson is resigning from the HOA Board. She is relocating to another state.
- Items to be completed prior to May 16, 2022:
- Changes at Bank
- Cancellation of Debit Card Authorization
- Selection/Recruitment of New Board Members
- Selection of President
- Change SunBiz Information
- Notify Attorney of new board positions
- Turn over all paper and electronic files
3. OTHER ITEMS/PROJECTS:
- Private Room Rentals are not legal as this division is classified as single family dwellings. Code Enforcement will need to be contacted.
- The Sheriff has been notified of possible illegal activity at one residence within the community.
- Discussion was held regarding fencing in the basketball court and requiring key entry aligned with the pool and tennis court keys. Quotes are being obtained.
